How to prevent memory loss - a simple plan

This may not be new but it IS quick and easy.
In the busy world, you might have such experience that you forget what to say, what to do, where to be which you know a couple of minutes ago. So how to prevent the memory loss? The key is keeping the brain active.
Frequent work out is good, such as walking, biking, and dancing.
Stay social actively and connected by joining social network and club, volunteering, meeting friends once a while.
Release stress. Some of stress reduction activities are yoga, listening to the music, and jogging, and talking to the family and friends.
Brain exercise. Purposely train the brain, for instance, memorizing a song, poem and etc.
Vegetables, fruits and fish help to prevent memory loss.
Vitamin B-12 is commonly known to boost the memory.
So what is holding you up?
