Keeping an eye on you.
As some of you will be aware I am a strong advocate for family values. It is wonderful to see how this objective is being considered more and more for the workforce. It is long overdue. With childcare facilities parents are allowed to interact with their children throughout the day.

Australia are SO far behind on matters such as these - we don't even have obligatory maternity pay! It's shameful!

I worked in a family friendly learning center during my twenties. It was really neat. Breastfeeding moms could take breaks to feed, parents would come have lunch with their children. It was really neat!
