Edward scissorhands tries the Pincer movement.

Signature Tune

The pincer movement is achieved when the tip of the index finger is brought forward and down to meet the tip of the thumb. This requires flexing three joints in the index finger and one joint in the thumb plus of course the turning of both finger and thumb so that their ends meet.

In man this allows small objects to be picked up and held or moved around, many may have witnessed small babies gradually learning to do it, don't try to teach them they can do it all by themselves. Do allow them their natural way of learning through experience and need.

For the likes of Edward Scissorhands this would be very difficult to achieve, if at all.

This is just my representation of his attempts at the pincer movement.

Well, I don't think about Tim Burton as a person

I think of him as an extension of his art, which might make me a little crazy...

But I think all artists, of any sort, are extensions of their art AND vice ver sa, so ha.

Damian, as he's a guy it could be quite disastrous, maybe he has specially designed trousers, no undies, a pull zip and just let's it hang out and do its own thing, no doubt he would need waterproof and self disinfecting and drying pants, perhaps he has a man servant or a maid.

Some thoughts do challenge one's resources.
