This is just a brief outline. If you want to know more about each point go to the link
"1. Use short paragraphs.
2. Make use of numbers or bullets.
3. Use Sub-headings to sub-divide your paragraphs in the page.
4.Provide a good attention-grabbing title or header. If your title can entice a person’s curiosity you’re already halfway in getting a person to read your article.
5. Keep them interested from the start to the finish. From your opening paragraph, use real life situations that can be adopted by the reader.
6.Utilize figures when necessary and not just ordinary and insipid statements"

Yes I am and I see by my stats I had good responses.
Was it too simple? Or was it that you didn't like the attachment or WHAT. I'd love to know.
But it may be that you thought a short 'pithy' response was all it deserved.
