I have found a site with great appeal for others, other than myself.
I know there are many such people on Orble, doesn't that tell you something, I think they are ALL female, but I could be wrong and doesn't that tell you something too.
Prejudices and resentments clutter your brain and thinking. They attract negative situations to you and slows your life down. When you complete the two exercises on releasing these energy anchors, you will feel absolutely free.
I know a lot of you will relate to that statement.
The site, of course, recommends programs you may engage with and join but within the text of the site there is much you can relate to and learn from and I am going to leave that up to you.
The link next to the Title is there to be used and just to wet your appetite a little I'm going to extract some pictures and a few ideas but to become involved with the topic you need to use the link. Where you take it from there is up to you.

Sorry, can't do that. I understand it means I'm tied to the past, but in a very limited way. It's not like I vowed to stay with someone forever.
I'm interested in spiritual healing-but I'm not interested in breaking all my promises for so-called freedom.

I think all of this is a little misleading but I guess it does help some people.
I'm glad that at your age you're not taking much notice of it.
Am I ageist?
Hardly, I am at the other end of the Spectrum and I am all for supporting the young, especially the young like yourself, although I think you're probably well ahead of most of them.
