Mom was right -- you need your sleep. Those who sleep five or fewer hours a night are 32 percent more likely to gain weight and 15 percent more likely to become obese than those who sleep an average seven hours, according to a Case Western Reserve University study described in The Good Enough Guide to Health from ABC News. Haven't scared you enough? Too little sleep has also been linked to poorer decision making, reduced alertness and increased risk for diabetes and depression.
