The Ruskies got into space first, onto the moon first, robotically, but that didn't eventuate into world domination...did it?
So, no, not worried in the slightest, unless of course some maniac in a base somewhere deep under America's social radar decides they better do something about it.....that worries me!
And anyway, it will be nice for the aliens to see something decorative down there for once!!!!!!!!!!!

and anyway, the Yanks are just jealous coz they didn't get there first, but sure as hell will be there soon...and drilling...and we will buy their oil if they strike....both side of the political fence to be sure! and just wait till Oz starts drilling in the Antarctica..ugly as that seems, it is going to happen no matter what we say, unless we find another power source....
I await the day the oil runs out...and that is not too far away...
