I guess it appeals to the macho male ethos. It is a long standing custom and will not be outlawed easily.

Could it be called an extreme sport, young men will do idiotic things with risks involved and give scant thought to the consequences. To me it seems quite primitive as are a lot of other customs in life.

I feel sorry for the bulls, they must be quite confused, all that running and not a cow in sight.

Thanks for the visit and comments Winston. I knew of the controversy when I put it on but it is still a spectacular video.

I am learning a lot as I blog. Although, in many ways, I am against the practice of blogging itself, people reveal such a lot which they may later regret.

Yes, Mis, it's hard to understand, but I guess some things will never be wiped out and I did say 'extreme' sport, maybe the bulls like it, do you think?
