I'm sure we have some runners at Orble and also those who engage in physical exercise and are interested in the effects on the body.

Exercise is recommended for brain health and maintaining memory.

So here's the link, use it as little or as much as you want. It's good to have at least a little knowledge of such things.

Which of the Orientals did you like most?

What do you make of the Brain challenger?

Brain Challenge [Puzzler

And what do you think of this whole post, did you find the physiology of running of any interest?

'mornin' Ktyzzz,

exercise indeed... the difference is in my Samsung exercise machine (very oriental) being switched on from 2 to 5 and me going at it in a effort to remember my neighbours name next time I see him...*lol* ...seriously... I love where this new program is taking you[us]... and the second oriental looks to me like the heart valve fully open when fully exercising... only because you mentioned it... I thought they looked like fine rugs I'd like on my floor...

...today's puzzler has me noticing feminine swirls amid sharp angles...a merging [or separating] of wills, minds and hearts KTZ?

I like the second oriental style (similar but different) best. The brain puzzler has a pair of figure skaters.

Lilla,

Less rushing, more exercise, I'm sorry that you forget your neighbour's name, could that be psychological, perhaps??, rather than physiological.

The methods do take some while to be effective.

It's more your mother's memory I'm concerned with, but some young people, too, have lousy memories [not you, darling, not you]

When you've stopped buzzing about, do have a meander through the physiology of exercise, it's not difficult, but it's a little different for you, I guess, correct me, if I'm wrong, as for the neighbour's name memory....repeat after me, calathumpus calathumpus, calathumpus...,keep repeating write it up in large letters and stick it on the wall, take down those finger paintings you've had up for centuries.

Now, again calathumpus, calathumpus, calathumpus......

If you haven't got it within five days, I'll return the $500,000 you paid me. Sorry about the noncontactable email address, anyway, when you manage to find me on cyberspace.

But, I feel sure you'll never forget calathumpus again.

As for my art, darling, I just love everything you have to say, but I can't keep producing things running around in circlesfor too long.

When I come for Friday night dinner again, I'll bring your new carpet with me, it's rather bright, I do hope it will be compatible with your green decor. Otherwise, it will just have to be relegated to the kids' bedrooms, where it won't see the time of day much underneath all their other clutter.

Love everything you have to say and everything you do, I can't help thinking man is on self destruct and there are not enough people willing to put even a tiny foot forward to changing things, when they do it will be too late, that is if it's not too late already.

The world is a sorry place, but everyone's on hype, too rushed to think. I guess I was like that once, still am in many ways.

katyzzz.......I miss your little butterfly. You didn't have to come out, I haven't.

Adele,

I just love to have your visits.

Your comments are brief but very perceptive, you always give me good feedback for the brain puzzler, many are reluctant to try.

What they don't realise is that there are no right or wrong answers, I just want to challenge their minds in a different way to encourage them to think differently to achieve better brain function, not that that is in any way reflecting upon their current brain activities.

katyzzz......do you exercise much, and do you understand the physiology of exercise?

Lilla,

Extra practice, good girl, it's such an unusual name for a neighbour, no wonder you forgot it!

Looks like you're doing well from the $500,000 it cost you, just email 3 friends and you'll get your next consult for free after you've signed up for the following one costing $650,000.

Oh, well, you're on the internet now, you know.

Lilla,

Success my dear, admittedly it came at a price, see how it has re-energised you, apart from assisting your memory.
