Oct 21 - Two disabled tiger cubs in a Japan zoo are treated just like children after being abandoned by mother at birth.

Taiga and Kokoa were abandoned at birth by their mother due to defects with their legs. Despite their disability, the two five-month-old siblings are just like any other cuddly tiger cubs seen at many zoos around the world.

The tiger cubs were born at Kushiro Zoo in Northern Japan where they have been brought up battling with their disability. Zoo keepers have massaged the cubs legs on a regular basis to allow them to walk and play easier.

Hey katyzzz I love animals, and I always root the underdogs, as well as I am for these little fellows.

Lester, that's good to hear, these are so cute and they have come on so well, you wonder how the mother knew and how she knew the difference between hers and normal.
