I think it came about while the man was in the process of the change so he was probably still technically a woman.
A few years ago they said it was possible that a man could carry a fetus in his bowel cavity.
Not to be recommended but once the process has begun and continued the taking of life is not justified but these things are bizarre, and there is an island community somewhere where little girls change into boys at puberty and because it is a close knit community where the occurrences are not rare, they accept this and so do the children. Reared as little girls for so long then as they change, as boys, it must be genetically determined.
