yep, I'm the guy you see who always stops and gives spare change to homeless people or takes a homeless woman and her children to McDonalds a hot meal...

It's a world wide problem, but most people don't even want to take a "first" look, let alone 'Do" anything to help..

Great post...heart wrenching picture...
