I find all of this thoroughly distasteful, but everyone knows my views on porn and I do think these things need to be brought out into the open and discussed but not in a disgusting way as seems to be so popular with certain people.

This is an interesting video. Many states in the US are considered "no fault" states. This means that you don't have to give a reason to divorce your spouse. The information is considered private. In addition, these matters cannot be made public record. I don't want porn in a house with small children but I would not want my business public.
