Speed, pills... any of the uppers. Oh, let's not forget acid.

When you're lying there in bed after a night on an upper, and your body is exhausted but your mind is racing... you don't want to move, and the thoughts come at a million miles an hour.

It's like aerobics for your head.

Someone, maybe, can't say I've tried it myself.

Could you be suffering from delusions, perhaps?

But, whatever, I'm still very pleased to have your views, they seem a little different from mine.

Brenton, WOW, what a response, maybe I should do a post on slowing down the brain.

I'll give these things some thought, that will certainly exercise my brain.

In fact it's almost been shaken out of my head.

Thankyou, and TIME GENTLEMEN, PLEASE.

Blech. Yeah, it's pretty possible.

Exercise the brain?

Well while I've barely had time to even do my own blog last week or reply to other people, you already know I do digital art, design logos, tshirts and other stuff, read books on science and maths and geometry, read books on lotsa other topics, see my You Should Read ...blog, and I'm the annoying person in the train who spreads out ... well tries NOT to... the SMH newspaper turning them around so I can fold up the paper to support the pages while I do the puzzle and crossword section!

Learning a foreign language and then translating poetry from Classical Chinese or Latin or Greek back into English is another way to exercise the brain!

There's are lotsa ways to keep those brain cells functional!
