Lester, good to see you and you are right but it seems Governments keep picking up the tabs, I doubt their capacity to continue doing this and I am seriously concerned.

I guess time will tell.

Katyzzz the Government here has rode the backs of the tax payers till I think their backs are about broke, and if this crisis continues and jobs are lost there will be where to get money.
