Apparently, it causes a great deal of distress for many people and I'll try to choose some articles for you which may be beneficial, but, for the time being, these extracts will give you something to think about to prepare your mind.

Nightmares are terrible things! I am trying to learn more about my dreams now in the hopes that I can understand the nightmares a little more. It works.... looking at the symbolism of your dreams...
