I have found this wonderful site for you called HEALTH and on it there are these great little videos.
A book has been written on 83 ways to boost your memory and you will note in the video that there is quite a young woman, if fact, very young who is practicing some of the recommendations. You'll see the videos there to the right and they are really done quite well, somehow looking at a video brings the message to life much more than simply reading about it on the written page.
I hope you gain as much from them as I did, but I am already a convert to such things, it is you I need and hope to encourage.
