You are starving, so EAT?
No, no, no, outsmart yourself.
Use your hypothalamus to create harmony between mind and body to achieve what you want by way of weight loss.
One of the smartest things you can do is "Eat a handful of walnuts, hazelnuts, or almonds about thirty minutes before a meal."
"So if you're hungry at work, try water first. If you're hungry at home, screw. (We have a friend who lost weight just by having more sex.) Explain that it's for your health".
And for those interested in cocaine and amphetamines as well as those who want to know why eat the nuts, have the water and/or the sex [which sounds very unromantic to me] go to the following link for some interesting and mind stirring persuasion.
The link for not eating when you're trying to lose weight - other than those doing it by exercise - well , yes, I guess that is exercise but try sustaining it long enough - boasters need not comment.
