Who wants to be a millionaire? - for Bloggers
June 6th 2007 04:18
I wanted to do a post about turning your hits into readers and attracting more readers but I came across this link.
It sounded very attractive really, I can't think why, and I wondered if it was because I don't make any money from blogging except the promise of $100 when I get that far, if ever.
So, in the meantime I try to encourage more readers and am actively looking for more ways to do that without involving myself in much more time and unpaid work.
It could be that the thought of 'big bucks' suddenly took precedence, after all we all have to eat but I really would not eat it all at once. And it certainly sounds an even better deal than Someone's free best quality fruit [too good for customers].
So, looking at the blog that offers such great opportunities does justify just a little extra expenditure of my all too valuable time. I think I'm already doing my share of altruism.
"How to make a million dollars. I don't make your life, I make your life better. This blog focuses on saving, investing, creating wealth and increasing net worth. The personal finance blog of a young professional with the goal of saving 1 million dollars for retirement"
For retirement? I need it right now, suddenly it does not sound nearly so attractive but I'll press on.
Having looked and found much ado about nothing I make a quick trip down the page to come up with ten suggestions, which I think I've seen before but it won't hurt to repeat them.
These, incidentally, were on another blog and seemed to suit my original purpose more, having given up already on the retirement nest egg in favour of a more immediate benefit, be it immeasurable in $ terms, which seems to be my lot in life. This is what you need. No 1 lets me out but it may suit you.

I'm not doing too well on the network and in between doesn't seem to sit too comfortably either but then again this post is for you, not me.
So I'll provide the second link for you and leave you to your own devices and voyage of discovery.
When you've solved it all you might like to come back and tell me!
Happy blogging and may your clicks and readers multiply.

All of the above? Looks like the usual scamola crap. I'll hang onto the original idea that maybe my real dad, the sperm donor, is a really rich guy who cares about all his sperm donor kids and one day in the not too far off future he will bequeth me with a few million....Then I'll offer all my buddies like you a nice shot in the arm and move to Victoria to plan out my horse dance entertainment shows....
Until then? Ive picked up a part time job with a really beautiful lady who actually understands real life so Ive got the odd luxury again...Without spending too much precious time! And I'll blog for the original purpose - I love you guys, I love my blog, I love writing!

I write on another site too - I wouldn't call it a blog site, but it does pay - NOT MUCH....so far, since joining and writing 17 articles, I am up to the grand total of $0.08 !! And I think that's US dollars.....
Seems that list of things you need is pretty full on really....do they want you to write for a blog, or start a blog site up? Ohh, maybe that's answered in your given links....I'll go have a read....meanwhile....I'll get a clickin' on some other people's blogs - after all, *starts singing* we're all in this together.....yeah, we're all....in this together!!

Good that you put out the points. I too, am not very good at the network side, but I do my best to let most of my friends know about the latest articles I wrote and they are very nice people to help a click or two.
I hope you have reached your first 100. I have reached mine but it will take another 12 weeks before I can even see anything in my bank account.
(fingers crossed!)
Will do my best to continue to support your posts and I'll try to check out the link you unsuspectedly bump into. Who doesn't want to be a millionaire? hahaha...

I'm embarassed to admit that I am very much closer, in fact nearly right on, to 0 than to the other end of the spectrum, i.e. $100.
I know others make $200 or more per week, obviously, they've got CONNECTIONS.
I wish I was into cars or football or movies or......but I'm not. sigh......
