For some people MEMORY is always a problem: try these: not with my blessing for all.

From Prism of thoughts come the following recommendations for those who always have problems remembering things, and I can think of a few people I know, in the younger generation who have always had these difficulties.
Some of these are based on good scientific evidence, others can cause controversy about their use. Go natural whenever you can, that is my advice according to the best medical evidence.
The brain always has a memory, in that way it's a bit like a computer, but troubles arise with recall, when you can't retrieve what you put in there.
You need to PRACTICE recall, and the brain needs physical and mental exercise plus particular nutrients to increase the power of its memory.
Here are the recommendations of Prism of thoughts.
1 – Eat Soya
2 - Take memory Minerals
3 – Drink Coffee I know you'll like this one.
4 – Mental Exercise
5 – Physical Exercise
6 – Chew Gum (Make sure it does not contain “non-halal” ingredients)
7 – Take Ginkgo biloba
8 – Eat oily fish
9 – Rosemary and sage This is a new one
10 – Take vitamin B
I've put the link at the top for those who want to explore it further.
Do try to get all the assistance you need the natural way, through food, exercise, brain exercise and maintaining your good health.
