What can you do to stop memory loss?
Bring Down Bad Cholesterol
Largely responsible for clogging your arteries and developing vascular diseases.
Statistically, people who smoke perform poorly in tests that gauge memory skills
Banish The Sedentary Life
You need a healthy flow of oxygen-rich blood into your brain.
Don't Eat Junk Anymore
Eating vegetables can help in inhibiting the dying out of countless neurons in your brain.
Brain experts and nutritionists have linked vegetables, green-leafy vegetables particularly, with improving cognitive skills in adults at least sixty years of age.
Apart from the greens, good cholesterol found in fatty acids, like Omega 3, can also promote the overall health of your brain. Omega 3 is abundant in fish like salmon and tuna.
Never Wall Yourself In
Even if you are the most intelligent human being on the planet, your cognitive skills and memory abilities can be diminished if you stop interacting with other people.
Never Stop Thinking
Think of your brain as a muscle; the more you exercise it, the harder and stronger it gets.
These simple processes can lower your chances of suffering from dementia or even mild forgetfulness.
Apart from the factors mentioned above, you must also feed your brain with the right food.

Just brainstorming here, but research Alpha Lipoic Acid and Megnesium - take them together and I know you'll stop the ageing process.
As for cognitive function - woo hoo... Lipoic Acid is unrivalled. recent reports from the States show that with nearly seven million approaching 65 within the next decade, something had to be found to ease the burden on the financial situation, so more finances were spent on research into what can help slow the ageing process down and this is a good explanation, but the site is down until tomorrow apparently.
Hope it's helpful,
Lilla ...
