Wherever you turn there seems to be different recommendations for brain health, these certainly can't do any harm and it seems there is a certain amount of cross training going on.
1. Eat Almonds
2. Drink Apple Juice
3. Sleep well
4. Enjoy simple Pleasures
* Enjoy music
* Play with your children
* Appreciate others
* walk, bike or swim
5. Fast for a day ( I don't know where they got this one )
6. Exercise your mind
* Play scrabble or crossword puzzle
* Volunteer
* Interact with others
* Start a new hobby such as blogging, reading, painting, bird watching
* Learn new skill or a language
7. Practice Yoga or Meditation
8. Reduce Sugar intake
9. Eat whole wheat
10. Eat a light meal in the night
11. Develop imagination
12. Sex
13. Control your temper
14. Make sure you have sufficient B vitamins
Is that ALL? - well, maybe yes and maybe no. Just keep in mind and practice what appeals to you and follow my blog so you don't get it wrong.
These seem a little insufficient.
Stay posted or tuned, to develop your cognitive powers and maintain your memory.
