Dec 15 - Bernard Madoff's alleged scam has wiped out the funding of a non-profit group and cut into the fortunes of financial firms and the rich.


In a video, Madoff ironically says it's tough to skirt the law in this regulatory environment. But that's just what authorities say he did. Fred Katayama reports from New York.
