Lumosity competes with Brain Training.

Lumosity's system consists of 30 sessions filled with progressively more intense game exercises. The sessions focus on a progressive development in the areas of attention, memory, processing speed, cognitive control. Each session has games designed to improve hone these aspects of cognition. The feedback aspect of the system provides users with "brain performance indexing" scores so that progress and function can be measured.
"it is a lot harder than it sounds to get a good score."
It costs $80 per year but personally I like my games for free and I don't like the sound of signing up for life or even for a day.
But for those who are interested or simply just want to compare what is available it is worthwhile having a look at the attached link.
There is a way of testing it for free as far as I can see, but I'm leaving that up to you.
