Hey katyzzz you have learned to do it so well. One of my sons does it very well, my daughter and I do it on paint with the computer. We draw snowmen, Easter eggs, houses, that about covers my skill level.
I love that Signature Tune especially that Illusion in the middle seems it is opening up to another place.
I have tried to get into computer art katyzzz; but I love the mess and clutter of traditional art. I admire your abilities and can assure you that I won't compete for your market.
nevaR, real art is always great, it's just that I don't do it. This is a mind exercise for me, as much as anything, but to-day I tried to emulate what an artist might do in his first attempts at learning to draw, gemonetric shapes, perspectives, etc, colours and the pencil marks are there to represent his sketching abilities.
The great thing about my "art" form is there is no cleaning up later.
Have fun with your messy paints, it's a good pursuit when it's snowing outside, not actually my experience, here, in Australia.
But what I do is far too sedentary, so I'm heading off for the beach and some walking to-day.
No weekend crowds at my beaches either, but distinguishing the demarcation line between surf n turf is difficult with ice and snow obliterating its boundaries. The good news is that it isn't crowded, and I save money by not purchasing full body swimsuits or suntan lotions.
We didn't stay long at the beach, it was too hot, but we had a lovely experience with a brown and white, almost ginger duck and its two ducklings, who took over the streets and stayed for some food and a drink of water, crossed the road safely while the cars stopped and then found a cool spot under some benches in an outside drinking area. They are part of the local scene apparently, then I had some interesting conversation with a delightful miniature shnauzer who loved my pats and attention.
Incidently the ducks stopped in a 'no animals allowed' area, either they could not read or simply chose to ignore the sign. They delighted me and the others there simply paid no attention.

And, if you've got it I don't think anything beats pencil and paper, this was just a facsimile of one art world to another.
And thank, Lester, for your lovely compliments.
