Improve Your Brain Fitness for Memory and Productivity

As Erin G Kelly says
So many of us have a goal in life to improve our mental focus and to really achieve this goal you must work with a brain fitness program designed to do what you want which could include increasing your productivity at work, improving your mental focus, boosting your memory or helping you concentrate.
I learned a long time ago if you do not actively work at improving your brain fitness you will not advance in the business world. I was one of many new college grads who got a rude awakening when they ventured into the working world.
In college you could "get by" and work became fairly easy. You could pick your work load and you knew what to expect and the only thing riding on your focus and productivity was a grade.
In the working world things are different because profit runs on how productive you can be and how quickly and accurately you can get your job done.
This started creating problems for me early on. The problem that I had never bothered to correct was my reading comprehension. I was miserable when it came to comprehending reports. I would find myself re-reading entire reports because I realized at the end I retained none of the information.
This was seriously compromising my ability to move up in business and frustrating to management above me. All in all it was not a fun place to be.
I did try seminars and time management and even speed reading courses but the thing that worked for me was finally getting to the root of my problem and this came when I started actively following a brain fitness program.
This showed me how to focus and concentrate so my mind would not wander and this made a world of difference.
