People who feel good about themselves usually have a good posture.
Making the effort to improve your posture can improve your self esteem.
So lift that chin and pull those shoulders up and back and tuck in your tail and pull back your tummy muscles.
People who move with confidence have one of the keys to living a full life.
Not only will you feel better about yourself you will also impress others more ( like your boss).
Another key is maintaining a balance between work and other things as well such as family, taking trips, engaging with friends meeting new people.
Having a life outside the office fuels your creative talents and recharges your life.
Set priorities, dreams and goals as all of these things will enable you to get more out of life.
