Subconscious Mind Power

It’s essential to learn how the memory of our brain works in order to comprehend how you can take charge of your subconscious mind and unleash the power of your subconscious mind.

The memory of our brain works through pattern. In this context, pattern refers to a series of similar recurring events that are encountered by our brain. There are many patterns being stored in our brain and they are built through regular formation based on repetition and periodicity.

The first encounter of an event will leave a memory trace in our brain. After several encounters of the same or similar event over a period of time, a pattern will be built up. Whenever our brain comes across the same or similar event, it will activate its existing memory trace and send us signal to react accordingly based on our past experiences. The pattern becomes a customary way of operation or behavior and is predictable by our brain.

Our brain has very short attention span. What this means is that our memory surface can be activated only at any one time. This may seem like a weak point but in fact it makes it easier for our brain to activate the most similar pattern. The more we come across the same or similar event, the stronger the memory of our brain will be on that event because it will leave the most trace in our memory surface.

Correspondingly, the more our brain uses a particular or similar pattern; our brain will be more familiar with that pattern. In order to have good memory, keeping similar memories distinct is essential through regular reinforcement. This also implies that you can build patterns in accordance to your desire
