Do check out this great site. It's one of a number called a 'lens'. Here you'll find green consumerism, baby friendly cleaning products, the thumbs down to bottled water, and would you believe "Tofu silk & vegetable cashmere". You'll be advised that you can't eat corn plastic, see some solar panels and a bike. I'm not suggesting you buy anything, unless you want to but you'll really be surprised by the information and links to green humour, green navy and more brown than green.
I do hope you'll find it entertaining and meaningful. I am not pretending to be a great environmentalist but I don't use a car and I don't drink bottled water. And I love animals as you already know.
