Katyzzz, choline is mostly found in soybean, eggs, sesame seeds and flax seeds. It ensures our nerves to keep connect with your muscles and reduce chronic inflammation as well!

However, we should not intake more than 3.5 grams per day, or it might lead to the toxicity symptoms of choline.
