The BMI isn't a credible measure of anything. Fitness will always come first, and waist measurement, because of fat stores around organs.

But it's ok, I am immortal anyway.

Thanks for your visit, Michaelie, can you tell me where I can get some of the immortal stuff, preferably some that I can grow naturally in the garden.

Sorry, I can only get it pickled in a jar.

I guess that will have to do, but if it's pickled that means it is grown somewhere, I'll let you know when I find it unless you let me know first.

Do you like pickles?

Ok it's a deal. Yes, except the ones I get into.

Hi Katyzzz

it`s true - BMI is not as important as one thinks.... best to just stick to a healthy exercise and diet regime and then one doesn`t need to worry about it at all!

Ash, it is important but is not particularly accurate, the waistline is important and I gather there's nothing wrong with yours.

I don't think I have done anything that ever suggested fitness was not important.

I just know that sitting at a computer is not too good for anyone, and I'm guilty of that, amongst other things.

Michaelie, I think the pickles you get into must be delightful, and that's a good flick of wit there, the pickles I get into are very serious indeed, when will I ever learn.

It doesn't pay to go against the norm and I do it all the time. It has its pluses and minuses, my brain gets a constant work out which has to be good.

Things are a changin' around here, don't you think?

I probably haven't been here long enough to tell. Only three months you know! Feel like I've been here forever.

In what way?
