Small Thoughts on Big Questions

katyzzz, what more can I add to this? Murder of any stripe is reprehensible, but a crime of this nature is particularly horrific, mostly because it is so misguided and senseless. The irony lies in calling it an "honor killing". There's certainly no honor to be seen here.

It is so sad it is almost unbelievable and to think that poor girl appealed to the police and apparently they did nothing, she needed protection.

Not a lot of love in that family I'm afraid.

And you're right Winston, there is no honour about it, it is a misnomer.
