Keep that eye on the ball - this photograph says it all.

Hao Wang of China serves the ball during the men's singles match against Chih Yuan Chuan of Taiwan at the World Table Tennis Championships in Zagreb, Croatia, Friday. CNN
Isn't that just an amazing photo? Think about it. It will appeal particularly to those with a photographic eye and expertise.

that picture gave me a chuckle! But I really like the tune today, matches my "black" mood perfectly...
Great post!
Take care,
Nick

I love the sig tune, it draws me in.....it's mesmerising, I could use it for some open-eyed meditation....it's also a bit like being in a tunnel.....wow, I keep seeing more every time I look at it....

Yes, I'm mesmerised by that one too, a lot of these things happen almost by accident.
I think it symbolises what is just about to happen to the tennis player's eye if he's not careful.
It's really a very extraordinary photo, and Nick I'm glad I could accommodate your black mood.
I'd love to be able to help but I feel so tongue tied. Try the primal scream out in the wide open spaces. Don't care about how you feel. I did it when one of my cats died. A good friend took me to the beach in my very oldest but very cool clothes, he didn't mind at all. He's a great guy.
Nick, there's a lot of hidden anger that you must let out. It won't just go away. You'll feel the better for it if you can release it fully.
Blame nature, not others. Life is too short to be so burdened.
Any thoughts Tracy, you seem to be remarkably at ease with life, or am I wrong?

I liked hearing what you said, it's encouraging. I fluctuate with dealing with life, I actually do have a panic disorder (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) but put a lot of effort into dealing with it through meditation, yoga, walking, writing, art, movies and things like that. I wake up happy (well, reasonably) and enjoy life (well, mostly!) but sometimes something in my body is triggered, often for no particular reason and off I go....that's when it gets hard, so I throw myself into something different to allay the fear...walking my pooch works really well and makes him happy too...and films....I love immersing myself in them....
