The Brain is the most important organ in the body.
Physical exercise and mental stimulation are needed to maintain brain health and this is a requirement for any age.
From Canada comes the news that respondents to a national survey revealed that 50% of the population is concerned with brain deterioration and becoming less acute with age.
Many are becoming familiar with and using such games as Nintendo DS and brain age.
