U.S. Department of Labor
Occupational Safety & Health Administration has put up a well illustrated set of instructions for how to be seated correctly at your computer.


To the right of the picture you can click each section and that will be displayed by circles on the model user which brighten up in response to the consideration under review.

Simple as it may seem, it's a recipe for preventing problems which can arise from poor ergonomic design and incorrect seating.
