Great post Katyzzz, I knew Olive Oil was the best of of all oil to cook with, and it does have other uses outside of cooking.

We use it for anointing oil at church, women that have trouble with split ends dip their hair in it and he helps the the split ends.

And I think that 'uncooked' it is really healthy for you, Lester. Cooking tends to destroy the benefits but I am keeping my eye open for something along these lines as I would like to know myself but this is as I seem to remember it.
