Small Thoughts on Big Questions
This has me a bit worried, as a lot of fish used at sushi restaurants comes from farms in China. Raw fish consumption already carries a small degree of risk, although that risk is generally minimal if you go to a high quality restaurant. Still, I hate to think that the risk has increased....
