Chocolate for the Brain, doesn't that make you feel good.

June 29th 2007 13:00
Dark chocolate for the brain.
Signature Tune

"Dark chocolate gets the dopamine in your brain pumping, and this helps in learning and memory"

Experts advise that any brain-exercise workout should be based in science and be challenging, progressively more difficult, and teach you something new"

Now scientists believe the human brain is constantly changing, revising and rewiring itself in response to everything we see, feel, learn, do and experience.

In other words, it is possible to maintain the 200-amp service you were born with throughout your life"

These are all excepts from the following link, which is a good one. I just know the idea of chocolate will appeal to many of you.

I bet you liked this one, do you agree?

I will never feel bad about downing a whole block of chocolate for breakfast again. Maybe I'll accompany that with red wine every day - good for the heart, you know.

Not too much of either, and I'm not at all sure that Chocolate for breakfast is recommended.

Sorry to be such a spoil sport.

You need to get the quantities and the mix right and the time of day.

But I'm pleased to have made you happy, that helps the brain too.

I'm a fan of any excuse to add more chocolate to my day! If it keeps my brain working better besides, that's a bonus.

Aimzster, red wine and chocolate go together like peanut butter and jelly.

Winston,

Naughty, naughty, excess, excess, alert, alert!

katyzzz....but it's nice to see you and have your somewhat mistaken views, but they're very welcome.

ktayzzz,

Thank god the sanctity of my morning mocha loca has been preserved.

I refuse to let reality interfere with my hedonistic desires.

Katyzzz,

This is good news.

Experts advise that any brain-exercise workout should be based in science and be challenging, progressively more difficult, and teach you something new"

That rules out blogging then? *chuckle* better go buy some chocolate instead.
