I AM SORRY BUT THE LINK IS NOT WORKING TONIGHT, IT NORMALLY DOES AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED IT SO THE BEST THING IS IF YOU JUST TYPE IN THE WEB ADDRESS YOURSELVES. I'M REALLY SORRY ABOUT THIS. ALL THESE CHANGES GOING ON ARE REALLY HAVE AN UNDESIRABLE IMPACT.
I have found a fairly simple web site on how to use paint.
It is designed for children, but, in my view that's the best way to start. I'll keep my eye open for others.

Protein helps to keep your bones strong especially in the elderly. As this site is, in some ways targeted to the needs of the elderly I thought it appropriate to mention Osteoporosis when I saw mention of it in Andreas Blog.
She talks of the benefits of chicken for health and refers to niacin as protection against cancer and its importance for DNA. She also refers to its usefulness in reducing the risk of Alzheimer's disease another concern of this blog.

She mentions B6
Her site can be actioned with

If you know any oldies talk to them about the diseases of ageing and health requirements and encourage their interest in computers.
