How to use Paint and Brain nutrition links

Computer Art instructions
what you get

I AM SORRY BUT THE LINK IS NOT WORKING TONIGHT, IT NORMALLY DOES AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED IT SO THE BEST THING IS IF YOU JUST TYPE IN THE WEB ADDRESS YOURSELVES. I'M REALLY SORRY ABOUT THIS. ALL THESE CHANGES GOING ON ARE REALLY HAVE AN UNDESIRABLE IMPACT.

I have found a fairly simple web site on how to use paint.

It is designed for children, but, in my view that's the best way to start. I'll keep my eye open for others.

Now,

Protein helps to keep your bones strong especially in the elderly. As this site is, in some ways targeted to the needs of the elderly I thought it appropriate to mention Osteoporosis when I saw mention of it in Andreas Blog.

She talks of the benefits of chicken for health and refers to niacin as protection against cancer and its importance for DNA. She also refers to its usefulness in reducing the risk of Alzheimer's disease another concern of this blog.

Selenium is worth a mention as a component of antioxidant enzymes and assistance in liver function, which benefits flow through to the brain.

She mentions B6

Her site can be actioned with

Manda talks of the benefits of a Peruvian herb maca and brain effects.

Mandas comments include Brain health

I've given just a small picture to complement this post as an indicator of what your first attempt with Paint will lead to.

Remember, keep those neural connections sprouting with good brain nutrition and brain exercises.

If you know any oldies talk to them about the diseases of ageing and health requirements and encourage their interest in computers.

Here's my very vague impression regarding brain foods. The good ones are:

Omega-3: fish, fish capsules, enhanced bread, present in small quantities in green vegetables

Antioxidants: dark chocolate, red wine, green tea, green vegetables, berries

Flavinoids: in blue and purple-coloured food, eg blueberries and cranberries

Some studies that show increase of activity after toast in the morning, or correlated with strawberries.

Ginko is controversial.

Folate is emerging as a big one, there' a website from one of my posts, from google. I'll quote it when
I come across it again.

Meanwhile check out the sites I've mentioned. They are interesting.
