Good news for coffee drinkers.

Coffee Drinkers
Signature Tune

Do you worry about your coffee consumption?

Do you think you need those early morning cups of coffee to kick start your day?

Your judgment could well be right about these things, so maybe you should give yourself a pat on the back.

I don't drink coffee myself but I realize most people do and I guess that Orblers are no exception.

So, if you want to read about why it's good for you, follow up on the link.

Heya Gata.

I love my coffee. I have recently upped my intake from two to three cups a day.

Less sleep, less food, same life...
When I quit smoking, caffiene is gonna take over completely.

Will I see you more then? I wrote a post on drunken idiots. Called St Patrick's Hangover. I would like to clarify that it was from an outsiders perspective.

Hope you're enjoying your Saturday night,
Opto

Giving up smoking is definitely the way to go. Try the patches, it can be very hard, I know.

Congratulations on getting to the stage of thinking about it.

I loved your visit, you bring a smile to my face and I can do with that right now.

Glad the coffee is helping.

katyzzz....Everybody loves Saturday night, don't they? at least I'm not being beaten up at Bondi.

I'm a tea drinker, really don't like coffee, now I'm beginning to think I should.

I understand about the heart effect, my husband experienced that same problem, so gave it up of his own accord, nothing to do with me.

I was brought up on tea, not coffee, but I actually like the smell but not the taste. I was given a coffee by mistake in a restaurant, I'd ordered iced chocolate and just the smallest taste made me reel, I hated it and it was sooooo strong, stronger than I ever remembered and the last one I'd had must have been 30 or more years ago.

I must admit I hate paying for tea out, the coffee looks much more interesting, but my consolation is the iced chocolate......that's my YUMM!

Still doing your course?

Beatn up in Bondi?
Me?
Or the Irishman?

Do play nice now. Don't get the local irish mugs onto me...

Ash! Can't you tell I love this topic? Such a small world, yet so much to say.
I too was getting heart palpitations for a while. I just started drinking it less. My consumption varies from one to three a day (in place of the bongs I used to smoke). Guess I need more of an upper these days...

Ah, you must be a mind reader...I'm having my morning cuppa while I Orble...I used to drink too much coffee (to get me through the day), but now I've moved to mostly decaf and I'm happy with that decision...I just have a morning caffeinated one, it's my work perk....

Tracy,

Yes, reading minds would be great but unpleasant on occasions, I guess.

We all need just a few perks, don't we? I'm glad to see you're enjoying your day.

My morning espresso (a latte usually, although sometimes a flat white) is an essential part of my waking ritual ....
I could not imagine life without coffee.
When I was at uni I used to drink double strength black espressos.
Then I went without coffee for a month.
When I returned to the bean I found it too bitter, so I changed to the milkier version.

Bryn,

Delighted to see you, you've written almost a book. I must review it.

See you soon with another of my scintillating comments.
