After Christmas dinner treats
December 25th 2006 04:39
Today there is no signature tune.
Despite my best intentions I find myself doing a little painting.
So many of my choices scream but they are not always the ones that Appeal most to you.
So I am choosing a few images that are more calming and can aid the digestion, not impair it, after the usual Christmas pig out, with apologies to all pigs who may be following my blog.
The first is quite bright but the others more subdued and I don't think today is a day when anyone's brain should be challenged.
In the spirit of Christmas here is my gift to you.
It won't be long before today is over and the cycle will begin to repeat itself.

More pictures that I just love. The first one does remind me of crimson rose, but I would really love to find one in real life this unique and beautiful. The next two are exquisite, the small bubbles of swirls close to the centre are mesmerising. The last one reminds me that soft quilt material....fantastic.

Hmmm, that is a treat and I'll have one with raspberry sauce on it thanks... yummm.
The little crackers are nice too...
one yellow, one blue
how positively provincial...
Ooh yes, I broke one too mon cher, my best serving platter and because I live frugally, now have to replace it as I don't stock cupboards full of them...Boxing Day sales today... will go and buy one with the Christmas money I got... woo hoo...
Thank you again for my lovely, butterfly poem...

A plate like mine would be far too expensive.
That's my secret bounty of wealth.
