Taiwan had better watch out and all those poor ittle TIbetans will be shaking in their boots even more and I guess North Korea might want to watch where they point those missiles they like to fire off every now and then.
Mind you I am reading correctly and the article is implying they will use the Military to increase raw materials supplies we had better get our shot guns ready, we are the closest with resources I guess

it's troublesome yes, but China has always had the capability to overrun ANY country with sheer manpower alone...

I have no idea why they feel it's now necessary to build but a global army!
