Cell phones could cause sleep problems

Do you have trouble sleeping?
Unplug your cell phone.
Using the phone just before you sleep or simply having it beside you could interfere with your sleep new research has shown, and we know how important sleep is for the brain.
"The subjects themselves didn't notice any difference."
Apparently they deduced three hours of mobile phone exposure before bed could cause headaches and hormone changes.
Other studies contradict these findings but see how you go if you can bear to switch it off.
Personally I find their constant use barely short of mania. How do you think the world managed before they were invented.
Many refuse to use them including University Professors.
They are 'pesky' little things as far as I am concerned with users giving precedence over such handy things as having a bus fare ready and not having the courtesy to turn them off while they get on the bus and forcing the rest of us to listen to such inane conversations.
I ask you?
It seems to me if you are such an addict you deserve to have your sleep disrupted, unfortunately your behaviour causes problems for the rest of us.
Sleep tight, at least while you're asleep you're not annoying the rest of us.
