Well, haven't I been telling you this, all along. Others have similar views, they must come from somewhere, if you still need convincing.
Brain Teasers, both visual and mental and verbal are challenging and fun. They also may help fight off the development of diseases like Alzheimers. Have you heard that the human brain loves surprises, puzzles, and challenges. That is why brain teasers can draw us in and play tricks on us, and we love it! My favorite brain teasers are the 3D stereogram eyetricks and the optical illusions. When I was a young girl I got books out from the library and practiced looking at these optical illusions alot. It is a good way to quiet your mind. They are so cool to see.
