How's your memory?

You don't have to be old to have a bad memory
I know many people who do
of all ages,
you see them as movie stars
playing sport
those with head injuries
those who forget things while out shopping
those who need lists for absolutely everything
your friends, your family, your lovers
at the pub, especially
and those who forget where they are supposed to be going
And where they left the car ( sound familiar?)
So what can you do about it?
Making lists won't help much
that's just finding a way around your deficiencies
1. start early - if you leave it until you're old it may then be too late
2. avoid cigarettes and alcohol and recreational(?) drugs
3. have a healthy diet
4. engage in physical activity such as walking
5. actively try to improve your memory
6. practice
7. exercise your brain
8. visualize
9. play my games
10. try a brain program such as lumosity - you can have a free week's trial, absolutely obligation free and wihtout needing a credit card or any other kind of ID - sounds good?
Well that's just a starter
