Looks like the second one is the same as the first one with a big whirlpool bubble in the middle to make it all swirl around.
No?
For smileys, you just do them as you would in an e-mail, and clever Orble turns them into 'emoticons'.
I've put a space between each 'character' to show you how I did this one
