Blogging and what's the best?
April 25th 2007 02:30
According to it's a blog's life, "The most popular blog in the world is ‘Boing Boing: A Directory of Wonderful Things, a weblog of cultural curiosities and interesting technologies‘. Judge for yourself: http://boingboing.net/". I'll include that as a user friendly link. We are invited to judge for ourselves, personally I don't have that much time to spend or even that much interest. But it is an interesting thing to know and for those who have the time it will provide much useful information.
Important link to the best blog
It certainly presents as a very interesting site and there are lots of committed individuals out there who are really putting in a tremendous effort in these areas.
Such things don't 'grab' me overly much but one never knows when circumstances will choose for you rather than your being free to make such choices yourself.
It's great to see such a success and I wouldn't mind the money that can flow from such things.
Meanwhile, it appears to me I work on a voluntary basis and cut the cloth accordingly.
But this I do know, bloggers are interested in blogs and blog readers really like to know what is going on in blogland.
I'm sure they will be quite absorbed by boingboing.
How do those at Orble feel.
I'm afraid I remain rather ignorant on how to surge forward, but, at this stage it doesn't interest me greatly, I just do what I want to do while it suits me to do so.
I certainly do not regard myself as a committed artist, by any stretch of the imagination so that should inform some of the ignoramuses who cross my path, themselves claiming to be some sort of expert.
I know where my strengths lie and where my successes have been. Blogging is a divertissement, but one with a purpose, that will probably work itself out some time in the future.
The top 20 at Orble is now an anachronism and their successes are increasing and the gaps are widening, if anyone else has noticed.
That's a bloggers life and blog readers like to read these things.
