Katyzzz, there are other parks where buffalo can be relocated, areas they once occupied any way, those areas can use the beneficial grazing after effects of the animals.

I never inferred that it isn't, because it is katyzzz.

Buffalo were the staff of life to the first peoples, this is a continuation of the senseless slaughter of the animals that was done to remove our primary game animal, which provided most of our needs and resulted in genocide and enslavement by starvation. So, the significance of the event isn't wasted on me katyzzz, it's a sleeping dog I'd rather not reawaken.
