Cyclist bares it for cyclists

May 5 - A bicycle enthusiast in the Russian city of St Petersburg has staged a naked protest to demand rights from motorists and local authorities.

Roman Lutoshkin wants the city to build more cycle lanes and cycle parking. And he was prepared to do away with his clothes to draw attention to the cause.

Andrew Potter reports.

Louie, depends what you're after really. Obviously he is one who is not too affected by cold, as all little ones claim.

Tracy, he seems to be quite proud of it sorry, of what he's doing.
