You know, even black people have albino children and they used to be considered and treated very unfavourably.
They are just lacking in the pigment gene, or perhaps it's several genes cause that, they are always finding out new things about the genetic code, now that they have unravelled it, it hasn't proved to be the great immediate solution to all our ills we were led to believe.
God will always stand aloof with his superior knowledge, the more we learn the more we'll realise there is still to learn.
